Sailing School                       

Our sailing course consists of seven (7) three-hour lessons for a total of 21 hours.  All lessons are private, just you and the instructor!  The lessons are scheduled at your convenience - seven days a week.  Lessons longer than three hours can be arranged.  Simply call ahead to set up each lesson. 

The syllabus for the classes include:     

Orientation

Handling under Power & Docking

Basic Sailing Techniques

Advanced and Heavy Weather Sailing

Man-Overboard and Anchoring

Navigation

Practical & Written Testing

At the end of the course, the student will be able to safely and confidently skipper a 30' vessel with auxiliary power.  Passing the written and on-the-water test will earn the student a Pacific Sailing Certification.

These private lessons cost $550.  Each additional person in your party can take the course for half price ($275.) with you  A text by U.S.Sailing is included.
